Former St Peter’s Church – Peel
The Clock Tower and remaining altar window and walls of the former St Peter’s Church in Market Place in Peel. A fire in 1958 made the building unsafe and it was demolished shortly after, only the outer walls, alter window and some tomb stones and the clock tower remain. Mr Makin – Peel Fishmonger
Mr Makin from Peel (with permission). I am going to compile some Black and White images over the forthcoming months of some very distinguished traditional, Manx people. My first image is Mr Makin who owns a fish processing factory in Peel and I see him many times on Peel Breakwater picking up his produce (queenies and scallops).
