The Former Castle Mona Hotel

Posted on August 26, 2018 by Peter Killey

The former Castle Mona Hotel on Castle Drive/Douglas Promenade. Built for the Duke of Athol in 1804 – The Duke resided here until 1831 when this grande now once loved building then became a Hotel. What a real shame that this beautiful building is now lying totally derelict.
