St. Adamnan Church – Old Kirk Lonan

This quaint little church in Lonan is one of the Islands oldest churches where the walls date back to possibly the 12th century on a site used since perhaps the first Christian missionaries on the Isle of Man.

The image was captured on my Nikon S8200 Camera resized and cropped in Adobe Photoshop CS6.

It’s a lovely picture Peter. Did you see the wheel cross in the churchyard? I’m still waiting for a picture of it!

    • Hi Eleanor I have to be honest and say I didn’t 🙁

But that has made me more determined to get out there again and find it 🙂
