This one is called – Here be Vikings.
Location: Point of Ayre.

Design Inspiration;
Set sail on an adventure with this magnificent viking dolphin. This design is inspired by the Isle of Man’s links to the vikings, from the mysterious ship Odins Ravin to the Manx stone collection which can be found around the island. The design features Peel Castle which was constructed by the vikings in the 11th century, situated on St Patrick’s Isle, and was the home of viking warriors. This dolphin is dressed up in viking amour with a Manx shield design and complete with a shiny viking helmet. Embracing the rich viking heritage and culture this design brings viking history to life.
