The Post Office in this image has been here for a very long time the door to the right of the Pharmacy was once the entrance to the old Kirk Michael Sorting Office.

I went on holiday with my parents to Kirk Micheal in1967, I was 13/14yrs old, there abouts, we stayed in a white cottage, with the lady owner, Mrs Moor, a lovely lady, a beautiful villiage, lovely memories, would love to visit again.
I made friends with some boys, and one in particular, I cannot remember his name, we wrote to each other regularly, happy days.
