Bob Scott, Galloway ancestor Great Grand Father & Grandmother were married in Maughold Church, when I stayed in the I.O.M. in 2009 had no Idear I had Ancestry from the Island, your beughtyful photos of the Church brought it all home to me, I also beleive James was instremental with laying the mountain railway track up Snaefell along with another member of the family,Mararet his wife maned the crossing of the Bungalow.
    Hope you find this little bit of history interesting as I have your church photos. I am 84, years old.
