I have just seen a hawk on top of a fledgling pigeon on the ground on the old Castletown Rd. Wednesday 29th September, around 9.30am, the pigeon was alive and I had to reverse about 50 yards to try and take pictures, but as I tried to drive slowly forwards, the hawk flew away. This was about 30 yards past the entrance to the water and sewerage plant driving towards Castletown.
