Peter, lamp posts always make a charm on pictures! 🙂 I walked around all DOuglas and didn´t pay attention on those buildings… I have to go back soon to see it!
I’ve just spent a few days on the island – my first time – and stumbled on this road when wandering. Amazing architecture, but I can’t find out anything of its history. If you know when it was built, by whom and for whom, I’d be delighted to know. Thanks!
