Low tide at Killane near to Jurby Head and the man-made sea defences are clear to see.

correct me if im wrong peter but werent these defences put there by the man who lives/lived in that house, i can recall in the news many years ago that he was refused any help from government and they refused to put any sea defences along that stretch
