The Sulby Glen Hotel

This famous Pub on the TT Course also holds a little history of the Manx Giant Arthur Caley who it appears lived for a short time at the Glen Mooar Inn which was on the site of the now present Hotel.

The image was captured on my Nikon D80 DSLR Camera with a Nikon 18-105 F3.5/5.6 G AFS DX lens, cropped and resized in Adobe Photoshop CS6.

  1. we have our own legend here on merseyside in hale village, there was a giant of a man reputed to have been 9ft tall it has been disputed and said it was 7ft something,, but i like the legend best, the story was that as a sheep herder he fell asleep on the banks of the r.mersey and woke up to find he had grown, he did exist and the cottage where he died is still here
