Another happy memory – of being bought a Dinky army lorry in the toy shop which is/was at the South entrance. This was not yesterday!
Hi Jannie, I think that shop was called Kelly’s Souvenirs which was situated at the southern end of the colonnade 🙂 I can remember as a young Firefighter attending quite a serious fire in that shop also, I cannot for love nor money remember the date of that fire though!
